I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower and the tasty options available at breakfast, although some variety would be a plus. The location worked well for me, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. I faced some issues like noise from outside traffic, which was noticeable even on the fifth floor. The mattress was too soft for my preference and caused some back discomfort. the swimming pool closed too early in the evening, limiting my options for relaxation after a long day. Breakfast could use a bit more variety to match the hotel's rating. Some staff struggled with English, making communication tricky at times, and I noticed inconsistent cleanliness in my initial room.
